Mandatory attendance for all District Officers, Club Presidents and Club VPs of Education for the primary purpose of approving the 2023-24 District 84 budget and approval of all appointed District Officers. Invitations with meeting link and voting instructions will be emailed to all D84 Business Council voting members.
