Meet Andrew Miller, Toastmaster from Tallahassee. Who is Andrew Miller, you ask? Surprisingly, Andrew is relatively new to Toastmasters, but his Mentor has been a Toastmaster since the early 1970s. His name is Chuck Ribaut. Listen as Andrew tells his story of finding Toastmasters through Chuck and a mission that has changed the landscape of over 20 prisons in Florida.
