Toastmasters clubs have important votes to cast during the 2023 Annual Business Meeting. Clubs will cast their votes to elect one International Officer and seven International Directors to the 2023–2024 Board of Directors but they MUST ASSIGN A PROXY.
For proxies to be assigned and votes to be cast, each Club President or Secretary must log in to the Toastmasters International website to specify who will cast the club’s votes. Clubs must select from one of the three options for designating a proxyholder: A member of the club, the 2023-2024 District Director, or another active Toastmaster. The designated proxy must attend the Annual Business Meeting in person at the TI Convention in Nassau, or virtually. If nobody from your club is able to attend, please designate our District 84 Director as the club proxy.
