So many people are searching for ways to maximize their professional skills and connect with others and YOUR CLUB IS THE PERFECT VEHICLE to get them where they want to go.  But you have to LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT YOUR CLUB!

An OPEN HOUSE or PROGRAM SHOWCASE is one of the best ways to encourage guests and invite others to discover the magic of Toastmasters. Our District is here to offer you support to reimburse costs associated with your Open House, like:

Get $30: Submit the flyer advertising the Open House prior to the event, and follow up with a copy of your meeting agenda and receipts for your expenses. Your club can receive up to $30/year as incentive to get the word out!

Get $45: Do all of the above and hold the Open House between Feb.1 and March 15th and sign up 3 new, dual or reinstated members by March 15th and the Incentive will increase to $45/year to help cover expenses.

Get $60: Do all of the above but add 5 new, dual or reinstated members between Feb. 1 and March 31st and DOUBLE THE INCENTIVE! You’ll also qualify for the TALK UP TOASTMASTERS incentives from TI which includes an award ribbon for your club banner and a 10% discount for orders from the TI store.

What are you waiting for? Plan a theme, invite a featured speaker, advertise door prizes, purchase needed video equipment, microphones, speakers, and get the word out to former members and new friends, coworkers and family. Toastmasters love to connect, so take advantage and everyone bring one. Just TALK UP TOASTMASTERS!
